Drawing has been my passion since kindergarten. I started to learn and practice sketching and watercolor painting since 1st grade. During junior high and high school, I also explored contour drawing, oil painting, and acrylic painting. Among all drawing techniques I experienced, sketching became my favorite.
Since early 2015, I started to developed my personal style of drawing, which is a combination of traditional sketching and color pencil drawing. I appreciate the contrast pencil/charcoal can bring out, and the vibrant color from the color pencil. Multiple drawings of animals have been created under this technique, because I want to capture the most adorable moment of them on the paper, and want them to look alive even as a drawing.
