Yuwei Li

My name is Yuwei and I'm an engineer and an artist. I grew up in Shenzhen, China. After finishing high school, I came to the US to pursue my degrees in mechanical engineering at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

 

I have previously worked at 3D printing companies - Markforged and Formlabs. I specialize in 3D printing, robotics, mechanical design, and machine vision. I also have lots of experience in VR and AR.

In my spare time, I am passionate about drawing and love capturing beautiful scenery and animals on the canvas. I also love spreading my knowledge in art and design, and have offered an online workshop at Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing, China.
